It seems, no one want to build smaller affordable homes. They want larger custom homes in the higher priced markets.
I just don’t get it if profit comes out the same??
Is it ego?

Wed, 16 Sep 2015 19:55:58 +0000http://eyeonhousing.org/?p=18426#comment-922668It’s not just builders with multiple NAHB memberships going out of business that skew the number for the decline in NAHB memberships, but builders with multiple memberships and less business are cutting back on their multiple local memberships to one local, one state, and one NAHB membership. In our Northern Illinois location, bordering Wisconsin, this also had an impact on our associate member roster.
