The quarterly data varies. You are seeing the changes over the cycle. The third quarter 2022 data is the most recent. Townhouse construction slowed during the initial impacts of covid as demand retreated away from higher density areas, then increased as demand returned to those areas.

One article days thst townhome construction is increasing, the following articles indicate townhouse construction slowing and the final article is from 2019! I’m not sure you can be any less consistent or more confusing. That’s a great way to not be taken seriously and to lose readers.
