Of course its up. The cost of lumber has skyrocketed again. I’m willing to bet that the actual amount of goods sold has reduced slightly but the cost increase is masking this fact. If last years price increases were “Hell” then I’m afraid this year will be a bloodbath. I hope I’m wrong
