Yes, sales lower for calendar year 2023, but the monthly pace of sales should begin to rise in the second half of the year. This will result in a calendar year gain for 2024.

I see you are forecasting less Single Family Sales in 2023. Are you forecasting a turning point in 2023 and a better year in 2024? I am working with students at MSU and trying to help them understand housing economics. Your forecast and info has been extremely helpful. Thanks Rob.
