In an inflationary environment, prices are “sticky.” That means they are more likely ratchet up than ratchet back down.

It pains me to tell my clients what it will cost them to do a job for them. Okay.. yes, I need to get over that fear I realize. My main question for the true pro analysts is this. So once the prices’ are going to go down somewhat and get back to “normal”… Will these suppliers lower the costs? or are they just going to keep them High as folks are still buying at the ridicules
prices? Meaning.. are they going to take advantage of all and enjoy the markup?

This is a question that many can not seem to answer (naturally)

Thanks so much,

James McDowell
